Time to test real-world power. This strongman-style circuit is about grip, grit, and moving awkward heavy stuff with brute force.

  • ๐Ÿงป Farmers Carries: 4 rounds of 40 meters โ€” go heavy. No straps.
  • ๐Ÿš’ Sandbag or Stone Lifts: 4 sets of 3 reps โ€” lift, carry 10 meters, drop.
  • โšก Tire Flips (or Heavy Sled Push): 5 rounds of 20 meters โ€” max effort.
  • ๐Ÿคผ Sledgehammer Hits: 3 rounds of 15 per side โ€” on tire or pad.
  • ๐Ÿ’ก Sandbag Shouldering: 3 sets of 6 reps per side โ€” clean to shoulder, drop, repeat.
