- ๐ Treadmill Intervals: 30s sprint / 60s walk โ 10 rounds
- ๐งผ Battle Ropes: 4 sets of 30s on / 30s off
- ๐ช Kettlebell Swings: 3 sets of 20 โ explosive hip drive
- ๐โโ Burpee Broad Jumps: 3 sets of 6 โ cover ground quickly
- ๐ Plank to Push-Up: 3 sets of 10 โ core + shoulder burner
Breath becomes blade โ this is assassin-level conditioning.
