  • 🏋 Plank Walkouts: 3 sets of 6 — Stretch + engage core.
  • 🏋️ Windshield Wipers: 3 sets of 10 per side — Controlled leg motion.
  • 🏋️ Foam Rolling & Stretch Series: 10 min total body focus.
