- 💪 Lateral Bounds: 4 sets of 10 per side — Soft landings.
- 🏃 High Knees + Fast Feet: 3 rounds of 30s each.
- 💪 Single-Leg RDL to Knee Drive: 3 sets of 8 per leg — Balance + control.
- ✨ Flow Combo: 3 rounds of:
- Reverse Lunge to Overhead Reach
- Side Lunge to Kick
- Downward Dog to Plank Tap
