  • 🏋 Dynamic Warm-Up: Arm circles, leg swings, walking lunges — 5 mins total.
  • 💪 Lateral Bounds: 4 sets of 10 per side — Soft landings.
  • 🏃 High Knees + Fast Feet: 3 rounds of 30s each.
  • 💪 Single-Leg RDL to Knee Drive: 3 sets of 8 per leg — Balance + control.
  • ✨ Flow Combo: 3 rounds of:
    • Reverse Lunge to Overhead Reach
    • Side Lunge to Kick
    • Downward Dog to Plank Tap
